YIELD: Makes 8 servings
1 lb. – chicken or turkey frankfurters
1/4 cup – barbecue sauce
2 T – honey
1/4 tsp. – dry mustard
1/2 tsp. – ginger
Cut each frank in fourths and set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan or skillet. Add franks and continue cooking until heated thoroughly.
Serve hot with cocktail picks as appetizer.
