YIELD: Makes 2-16 oz. smoothies
1 cup – vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup – Quaker rolled oats
3/4 cup – vanilla soy milk
1/4 cup – honey
2 – bananas, cut in half and frozen
1/3 cup – almond butter
Combine all ingredients in the blender and pulse until the bananas are broken up, now blend on high until all the ingredients are combined to a smooth creamy consistency. You can add additional soy milk if needed to blend the smoothie completely.
You can substitute regular milk, almond or coconut milk if you prefer.
