HONEY PROTEIN RECOVERY SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

1 cup – 1% milk

1 T – honey

1 scoop – chocolate protein powder

1 T – peanut butter

1 – small banana, peeled and frozen

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.  

Serve and enjoy!
