INGREDIENTS
1 fl. oz. – Spiced Honey Syrup
2 (double shot) – espresso
4 fl. oz. – whole milk
For Spiced Honey Syrup:
8 fl. oz. – Honey Simple Syrup
1/8 tsp. – tumeric
1/4 tsp. – ginger, ground
1/4 tsp. – cinnamon, ground
DIRECTIONS
Combine Spice Honey Syrup and espresso at the bottom of a gibaltar glass.
Top with steamed milk.
For Spiced Honey Syrup:
Combine Honey Simple Syrup and all other ingredients in a bowl until fully integrated. Bottle and set aside for service.
