1 cup – water
1 cup – honey
1 – vanilla bean
3 – cinnamon sticks
5T – dried lavender
Bring 1 cup water to boil.
Add in flavor agent of your choice (lavender, vanilla, cinnamon).
Add 1 cup honey.
Bring to boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes. Let cool.
Let sit for 2 weeks for maximum flavor.
Pour into beverage of your choice & serve.
Store at room temperature or refrigerate as desired.
